He currently serves as a Systems Administrator at the Arab Career Development Association (ACDA USA), where he manages and secures Linux-based infrastructure supporting conference and organizational platforms. Simultaneously, he works as a Web Administrator at GROWAT, maintaining production WordPress systems and implementing security best practices.

Ahmed's engineering journey began at E-JUST, where the rigorous curriculum — spanning systems programming, algorithms, computer architecture, and software engineering — gave him a foundation built on first principles. He deepened his practical skills through the ALX Africa Software Engineering Program, mastering C, Linux, and collaborative development through an intensive 18-month experience. This led to hands-on professional roles while still in university — an unusual trajectory that reflects both his drive and his ability to operate at a professional level alongside his studies.
